KOKO ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur after payment authorization and verification. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
At this point, KOKO offers shipping to countries including: The United States, The United Kingdom, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, and Japan.
Based on the destination country, there is a flat rate shipping fee. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the destination country. Please understand that the delivery delay might be caused by the tariff, climate, airline companies, weekends and holidays. 

We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time; you may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. Certain items are ineligible for international shipping. All pricing and payments are in U.S. dollars.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., not including holidays. The KOKO fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major Japanese holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.
