Shipping Policy
KOKO ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur after payment authorization and verification. Please read our Shipping Policy and Shipping Fee page for more details.
International Shipping
At this point, KOKO offers shipping to countries including: The United States, The United Kingdom, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, and Japan. Based on the destination country, there is a flat rate shipping fee. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the destination country. Please understand that the delivery delay might be caused by the tariff, climate, airline companies, weekends and holidays. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time; you may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. Certain items are ineligible for international shipping. All pricing and payments are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., not including holidays. The KOKO fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major Japanese holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.
Return
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders. To return an item within 30 days from the original purchase date, international customers must contact Us. Shipping cost for returned orders can vary and is paid by the customer. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items with tags must have tag still attached for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All customers should mail their products with the invoice (if you have lost it, please write down the name of the person who purchased the items and the shipping address) to the following address. Packages must be returned prepaid.
Please understand that any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are not refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We highly recommend customers to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
